Jen is a Triathlon USAT Certified Coach, personal trainer, certified spinning instructor, and competitive triathlete with over 15 years of experience. A division one collegiate swimmer and a USAT top-ranked triathlete, Jen is a true competitor. She transferred her passion for exercise into her business, Climb Fitness, where she empowers people to make changes to their current lifestyle. Her philosophy is that time spent exercising will be multiplied in terms of extra energy and a better ability to handle life’s ups and downs. As a married mother with two busy children, she understands that there are many facets to training, not least of which is life balance. Brittany was a Realtor in her hometown of Vancouver before altering the look of her days and deciding to stay home to raise her kids...insert SAHM (stay at home mom) here. Although this was a choice she made, she always felt there was something missing in her path and from there, her self discovery began.
After a few years of blogging and some other side hustles, Brittanys interest in the Podcast world grew. As an avid listener, she realized this is a world of creativity she would love to express herself within.
With 21 years of partnership and 15+ years of marriage to her husband, 3 kids who are no longer babies and hitting the tween and teen years, family dramas, life stresses and anxieties, homeschooling and mental health hurdles... she has experienced many facets of life and is always open for further learning, education and knowledge.
Brittany is also a driven competitor. She loves a good Ironman Triathlon or Trail Run. You can find her any day of the week with Lululemons and running shoes on either coming from a weights session at the gym, finishing a spin with Peloton or heading to the local trails for a solid run with her girlfriends and dog.
