fun brings endless fulfillment and she wants more
women to join her. Andrea has coached thousands of
women to embody the highest version of themselves,
whether their goal is to build confidence, be a better
person or parent, lose weight, find more joy, or run
a marathon.
After a decade of working with clients, Andrea
created the Ivy Unleashed Podcast to help women
listen to their truth and chase after their dreams.
Along with her co host Brooke, they bring the real,
raw truth of how difficult it can be to care for
ourselves and inspire women with health tips,
expert opinions, and inspirational stories to never
stop prioritizing their physical and mental health.

Do you have a BADASS LIST? Maybe you call it more of a "brag" list? BUT the important thing here is, it is a list FOR YOU BY YOU!
After I learnt about this exercise, I realized that this is a tool we all need to utilize!
We all sit in situations in life where we are faced with fear, or worry, or imposter syndrome, or the question of "can I."
This BADASS list lets you go within and show to yourself how many times you have shown up for you...and how YOU CAN. You are enough. You are worthy. In those self-doubt times, keep showing up for you and see how badass you feel after having done so!

Why as a mom you shouldn't put yourself second and why it's important to have your own dreams and goals!
The Challenges- here are some examples of challenges and obstacles that many moms face when they put themselves second:
1) Time constraints
2) Overwhelm
3) Guilt
4) Imposter Syndrome
5) Lack of Support
6) Financial Constraints
7) Sacrificing Career
8) Societal Expectations
9) Lack of Self-Care
10)Feeling Overlooked
These challenges can vary from one individual to another, but they collectively represent common obstacles that many moms encounter when trying to prioritize their own dreams and goals.
The benefits for both moms and their families when they take steps to achieve their dreams!
